One does not go see a man to find evidence there is a God. The woman's email you published in red right below the Benny Hinn article refers to a scripture that God is know to all men through His creation...the world and everything in it. (In Psalms)

Furthermore, of men, Jesus said he trusted no man. We are flawed, not holy, not blameless, not perfect. Love is different from trust. He loves us.

Lastly, I am a Christian of 10 years now but will not share my testimony with you. The carnal mind cannot discern spiritual matters. You could never understand Benny Hinn or any other evangelist because you are reasoning with your mind. God doesn't enlighten the mind. He awakens the spirit and lives in one's heart.

I'm trying to find your stand point on the subject. I was having a hard time at first. You seemed to have good points towards some of the more lost individuals, but never really placed a strong opinion of your own.

Then I got to the Benny Hinn Ministries section. And while I find his practices to be questionable, you definitely made a stand. You shouted out to the world, and God, that you do not believe in him. Or choose to turn your back on him, whichever you call it.

Okay.. I guess everyone needs to derive their own opinion, it's human. But to say there is no God, is like a Ford lover stating that Chevy doesn't make cars. (implying that the quality is not that of the automotive industry, or worthy of being called an automobile.) My point is that it is a silly statement, makes no sense, and the person saying that knows it isn't true. But that doesn't make the Ford lover dumb. Just misinformed, or lost, or whatever. Arrogant.

But then I got to "Creation Science Evangelism (Kent Hovind)". You made the point that you definitely believe in evolution, and find creationists to be quite ignorant. I pity you. I pity you because you are confused, lost, misinformed, and have unfortunately, made a decision. There are so many problems with evolution that..well, I don't know where to begin. How about the fact that there is zero ("0") proof. Nothing, notta, zilch. Even a lack of fossils. Fossils that the media, science, and text books always try to tell us are there.

It's funny, because every few years we find that science was wrong about something, and a new find comes into play. Like the atom being the smallest possible particle... oh wait, we were wrong about that too. Yet, Science CONTINUES to prove evolution to be LESS and LESS likely (that's right, SCIENCE proves this). And what do we do? We TREDGE on! For we know that if evolution is false, there can only be one other possibility! No, you can't possibly mean... yes! A GOD!! <GASP!>

Sorry about the sarcasm, but I don't think you have done any research on the subject at all. And incase you are worried, or scared (as most God denying people are.. I definitely would be afraid to turn my back to my creator!) there is hope for you yet. It seems that while our God was able to create everything we know and love, he is also the creator of such things as Knowledge and love. And humbleness. You see, God will never turn his back on you. So whenever you are ready, he'll be waiting.

Yikes. I've come across other sites like yours, and typically like them. I like to find a webmaster who gets excited about finding highly opinionated people, and then proving them wrong. But you can't do that. You can't prove anyone wrong. You are too lazy and angry. Maybe even prideful. DEFINITELY ignorant. It wouldn't be fun to read your site any longer because you just don't know what you are talking about. I use alternative medicine (acupuncture, chiropractic, massage therapy, nutritional supplementation, etc.) because it works for me! I am very satisfied! I personally know people who have suffered tremendously at the hands of the drug-pushing doctors. There are two sides to every story Mr. Bowditch. Here are some reliable facts recently published in JAMA that I dare you to publish on your website:

The Journal of the American Medical Association reports that approximately 40% of the U.S. population, or 100 million people, suffer from one or more chronic diseases. And over 180,000 people are killed annually by medical care - a rate equal to about 400 jumbo jet crashes per year. That is 8 crashes per week! Research published in peer-reviewed journals show:

ø The side effects of medication properly prescribed and administered was the fourth leading cause of death in America, according to an article in the Journal of the American Medical Association.

ø Nearly 100,000 Americans die each year from medical errors, according to a recent study by the Institute of Medicine.

ø Over 80,000 Americans die annually from infections that they acquire while being treated in a hospital.

ø Nearly 50% of the surgical operations in the United States are unnecessary and expose patients to serious risk of injury and death.

No thanks...I'll keep supporting alternative medicine. Both of my reasonably "healthy" grandparents DIED as a result of hospital induced infections within two weeks of each other. I have first hand knowledge of how bad "the allopathic system" really is. So you go right ahead believing the lies you have been fed by the Rockerfeller organization (check out their history regarding the appalling American Medical Assn. that they started). The old model of medicine is failing and we have to move toward a preventive, natural health care system. Your anti-alternative medicine persuasion tactics are not working because many people that I know rely on what actually works...not on some website like yours that tries to put down everything "natural". I realize there is a lot of scamming going on...but you need to also recognize that allopaths are not immune from scamming as well. They want and need to MAKE MONEY! Keep in mind that more people now prefer alternative medicine....why, do they keep coming back and prefering natural medicine? ....because they're tired of getting a chemical "pill" for everything that ails them...many times the drug creates side-effects which are worse than the original disease or ailment. I wish you no ill will, I just wish you had an open mind.

Your opinion on the following, as a defender of Science, would be appreciated: ------

It is common practice in Medicine to put patients on combinations of drugs. The vast majority of these combinations of drugs (especially where 3 or more drugs are involved) have never been studied at all, let alone in double-blind trials ( with the exception of Oncology/AIDS treatment, where the toxicity of the drugs demands study); yet it is frequent practice to prescribe these multiple-drug combinations.

It is well accepted in Pharmacology that it is scientifically impossible to accurately predict the side effects or clinical effects of a combination of drugs without studying that PARTICULAR combination of drugs in TEST subjects. Knowledge of the pharmacologic profiles of the individual drugs in question does not in any way assure accurate prediction of the side effects of combinations of those drugs, especially when they have different mechanisms of action, which is very common because polypharmacy is most often prescribed to patients with "multiple illnesses". More than 100,000 patients in this country die from identified adverse drug reactions (perhaps the 4th to 6th leading cause of death in the U.S.) 3; the number who die as a consequence of polypharmacy is, to my knowledge, unknown.

The argument that the prescribing of drugs is the "Art"of Medicine is not valid in defending polypharmacy, because drugs are developed (indications, dose and administration, etc) and approved through a "scientific" process (double-blind, placebo-controlled studies). The fact that the medicines are often prescribed for "different conditions" is irrelevant (especially to the patient's physiology). The idea that " we are doing the best we can ", a frequent defense of Polypharmacy, does not in any way uphold a scientific argument in favor of it. (We are, indeed, trying the best we can, with tools which do not improve at the rate we would wish!) The fact that "there is a limit to how much research can be done" in no way makes the research unnecessary in order to predict the side effects of specific combinations of drugs.

It has been said in the past that <30% of medical practice was backed by controlled studies ¹ · ². Has this changed? How do we know? Are we looking closely enough at our way of practicing Medicine? Can the use of unstudied polypharmacy really be considered evidence-based, "scientific" Medicine?

interesting site, but im curious as to how u can be against so many products and organizations? you claim to support chemo therapy and donot support a numbe rof actual useful treatments like silver for example. Im a medical professional and i support ethical use of medicines both pharmacuetical and herbal remedies. I think you are possibly misguided in some ways. An increasing number of doctors and medical proffesionals do not support the use of chemo any more but are afraid to speak up for fear of reprisals from the industry and loss of job positions due to pressure form drug companies. This is a very real problem and you should perhaps look into the fraud of drug companies that spend millions a year suppressing evidence against their products to avoid hundreds of court trials. This is surely the worst and most insidious kind of fraud against the public. perhaps you are nothing more than a propaganda machine in your own way without meaning to be. Thank you for your time.

Think about intelligent design. I don't know about you, but I can not create an animal in my mind without using parts of animals already in existence. Coincidence? Maybe. Get back with me.

After suffering illness that orthodox medicine could not explain or cure, instead of curling up and dying I began to research myself. In the process a whole new world opened up to me. I always believed that someone out there would be looking after my health and wellbeing and that everything that was selling on a retail shelf MUST be safe, or it would not be allowed to be there. However in my quest I unlocked a Pandora's Box. I learned about certain ingredients in food, cleaning, gardening and personal hygiene products, dental fillings, tap water and pharmaceuticals that are toxic to humans and I just couldn't believe what I was reading. However, it all made sense, it was like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle coming together.

Did you know that Galileo was labelled a heretic because he believed that the earth was not the centre of the universe and that it revolved around the sun, which was contrary to belief? There was also a time when people thought the world was flat until Chris Columbus circumnavigated it, disproving that theory. We live in an age where we think vaccines are safe... how stupid will we all look like in years to come?

During my quest I stumbled across your website and discovered that quite frankly, you are an ignorant, narrow minded fucking idiot that couldn't tell your arsehole from your tastebuds! For fuck's sake the internet is FULL of information that will show BOTH sides of the story. If you have an eleventh of a brain you will clearly see that we have all been taken for idiots. What possible good can come from mercury and formaldehyde that are just 2 common examples of toxic preservatives found in vaccines? Thanks for helping me find the DY Doctor web site and your and your comprehensive list of alternative medicine sites.

I am convinced that you are a true believer in Alternative Medicine and your diatribes are just a ploy to draw attention to the dreadful scams that the traditional Medical Industry perpetuates.e.g The diet- heart hypothesis and the cholesterol myth.This has resulted in trillions of dollars being thrown at the Industry without any real progress in heart health, diabetes etc.

The latest example of the misdirection of the establishment is the discusting behavior of greedy Doctors who expect taxpayers to pay their personal indemnity insurance. It is obvious that the high premiums are a direct result of their own errors.

The reference to "discusting" doctors and personal indemnity insurance is about a situation in Australia following the collapse of the largest professional (not "personal") indemnity insurer covering doctors. Under the arrangements made by the government afterwards, doctors can expect to pay up to (and sometimes even more than) half of their annual income in insurance premiums and will have to continue premiums after they retire to cover possible claims from decades before. Without tort law reform, this ridiculous situation can only get worse. You can see an example here of how stupid this can get, and why doctors are worried.

Please do more homework with regard to the QXCI machine. Using Quackwatch as your source is pathetic.

I am not a "believer" of the QXCI, on the face of it I must say it sounds phony...am surfing the net trying to find legit critques...your site does nothing more than add to the bullshit.

I did not use Quackwatch as my source. I simply noted that someone else had something to say about this fraud. I knew it was a scam as soon as I saw it and I only found out that Quackwatch mentioned it afterwards. All that is required to evaluate this machine is to look around you and observe a universe with rules.

If you are looking for "legit critiques" and expect to find scientific evidence for this thing doing anything except move money between wallets then you will be disappointed.
