The ACS was so disgusted that the web site at http://www.acs.org.au/nsw/ was updated this very day (11 September 2001) to publicise a seminar I will be presenting in October. I will be going to an ACS function this evening, and I must remember to ask the MC to publicly castigate me. Hang on, that MC would be me!
Funny I telehponed the ACs and they denied:
1. That Mr. Bowditch is presenting anything.
2. That Mr. Bowditch is no longer a member of the ACS.
3. That Mr. Bowditch membership had been recently withdrawn because of his "disreputable conduct as an ACS member.
And why does Mr O'Neill keep putting the word "website" in doubt quotes (even unbalanced ones)? Is he trying to suggest that the web site at https://ratbags.com/rsoles does not exist?
Mr. O'Neill doesn't enclosed website in "". Mr. Silverstein does, because it's not really a website. It's more like a teenager's journal.

Apart from the legal impossibility of defaming the dead, evidence that I have libelled or defamed any children would be interesting to see.
by the way, the horwin's were so disgusted by peter-philes libel of their son Alexander, they intend on filing a statement of claim.......way to go bowditch!
I wonder if they will use the same lawyer that Mr O'Neill employed to file statements of claim about me. You know, the ones which have not turned up 76 days, 13 hours and 26 minutes since they were "filed". (Note correct use of doubt quotes.)
The Horwin's will sue Mr. Bowditch, just as Mr. O'Neill has sued Mr. Bowditch, and jsut as Dr. Clark's people sued Mr. Bowditch, just as Visa sued Mr. Bowditch for almost $20,000.00 in deliquent cred card payments.

These CCs have not arrived yet. I know that the VMSR (Vast Mail Server Array) at RatbagsDotCom headquarters is working because someone in the ACS office just emailed me an update for their web site, so I can only assume that there is some problem with Mr O'Neill's mail program. In any case, my family know all about what I do and, while they don't find it as funny as I do, they often pull up the CCRG Correspondence File for a bit of a chuckle.
Face it Bowditch, if your family knew of your most disgusting and harmful comments and activites they would be even more ashamed of you then they already are...

Delighted to advise that illegal internet activites of Mr. Peter Bowditch, of Gebesse Computer Consultants, ex-member of the Australian Computer Society, have been documented and handed over to appropriate authorities. This is not the first time Bowditch has taken liberties on the internet. He has developed a reputation as an internet "cyber-asshole" who thrives on internet fraud, libel, and defamation. The honourbale ex-member of the Australian Computer Society was apparently feeling a little dull with his current level of attention and decided to step of the momentum and uncerimoniously feel into a site setup to attract his attention. From this site, Bowditch hijacked Ip addresses and email accounts and attemtped to wreck havoc on the internet using his assumed email identitied and Ip addresses.
Stay tuned, 'cause the whole sordid matter will soon be posted.

I have no idea what Mr O'Neill is talking about here. I have a cable modem account and the IP address I had on 11 September was 144.132.190.4. I was able to find Usenet messages from me with that address going back to January 2001.
It seems rather ironic that given the events in New York on September 11, 2001, Mr O'Neill persists in using the name of one of the people who operate the World Trade Center. But nobody ever thought that Mr O'Neill had any of the human decency that normal people exhibit.

Seems a number of matters need to set "straight" in your mind "Michele". The first, and obvious enough to the literate, is you're spouting good air at the wrong man. Secondly, you operate in a fantasy, if not delusional world.
My recent involvement in this usenet group was evoked by reading materials and references of the like of Bowditch and his fart-catchers. Usenet posting are generally crap, and your's are certainly no exception. Most posts showcase a membership of psuedo-sceptic/pseudo scientific pomposity and arrogance that represnets opinion as fact and fact as heresy. Tandem to usenet postings, proponents, like Bowditch, Barrett and Polevoy maintain public soapboxes that wreck havoc upon those who are pursuing facts. They represent themselves as experts and they are. They are experts in cowardice, in libel, in defamation, in health fraud....
You on the other hand, are the type of unwitting and leadless supporter that brings volume to the rantings of these pseudo-experts that serves to simply deflect, if not divert, others from the facts to the fiction these irresponsible morons propagate. My postings, regardless of your comment are fact based.
If you don't like them, don't read them.

Today, September 25, 2001, I, Lawrence Silverstein, received confirmatiom from Cominidco.com.au, Telaus.net.au, and Optus.net.au that the website https://ratbags.com operated by Peter Bowditch and hosted by Webmail.com.au, will be shut down immediately. All parties, with the exception of Bowditch, have agreed that the website in question represented potential legal culpability outside of their respective corporate mandates. As well, all agreed, the site owner and ISP history's in matters of internet based crime, libel, defamation and fraud, warranted such action.
The Australian Computer Society, when consulted by all interested parties, admitted that Mr. Bowditch was no longer a member, nor would his membership be reinstated in the future. Staff at the ACS further advised that Mr. Bowditch was an embarassment and that had his actions and activities come to the attention of the society sooner, action would have been independantly intiated in the form of sanctions.
I would like to express my thanks to Mr. Bowditch for making my job and that of Comindico, Telaus and Optus that much easier by being the complete utter "wanker" he is. I'd also like to thank triple "a" fred and largesse michele with one "l" in highlighting bowditch's lunacy and reach to other fucking global nut cases.
Thank you peter-phile and thank you triple "a" fred and michele with one "l". None of this couold have been possible without your pathologies.

The Gutless Anonymous Liar told me once that it had managed to get some search engines to delist this site but it was lying of course.
On December 3, someone created the email account gebesse@anonymous.to. I can only assume that this was going to be used to send messages from someone pretending to be speaking for my employer. I took control of it by changing the password. It was obviously not created by me as I know how to spell my street name and suburb. You can see a screen image of part of the anonymous.to site here.

I'm a troll! I've been watching and listening and I have few questions. Perhaps some of you might be kind enough to answer for me.
1. Given that Barrett is not a medical doctor, does not possess any requisite academics, residency, fellowship or tenure in anything other than libel, defamation and outright fraud represented as "opinion", and;
2. Given that Polevoy doesn't even practice medicine other than lancing boils and faruncles, and;
3. Given that Bowditch is an unemployed ex-con,and;
4. Given that all three are the subject a $10,000,000.00 (US) civil action;
What don't they get? Barrett's website reads like Ted Bundy's journal. Polevoy's site reads like the angst rantings of a prepubescent teenager, and Bowditch reads like his EEG.
I have suggestion for all three:
Post one fact that supports any claim you make. And, let me help you with this. Although all three of you don't see the line between fact and opinion, a fact is something that can be or has been proven and can be reproduced. This is surprising, as they were both clients of the Canadian Cancer Research Group. I also note the mention of log checking - this removed any doubt about the identity of "Robert Halliwell", as if the IP address 168.143.112.8 left any doubt anyway.

Before I forget, I received a rather lenghty email from a Mr. Robert Halliwell, whom I don't know. However, Mr. Halliwell knows Bowditch quite well. Mr. Halliwell has logged Bowditch's site for the past year and has noted and reported a number of suspicious activities documented in logs. The most interesting of these activities is Bowditch sending himself emails under various pseudynoms including aliases he has developed of Mr. O'Neill. The logs also show Bowditch posting to usenet groups as Mr. O'Neill, hijacking Mr. O'Neill email accounts, spoofing his IP address, and email bobming Mr. O'Neill's web site, email accounts and those of his staff.
This news qualifies Bowditch, of Gebesse Computer Consultancy, as not only a pathological liar, but also a candidate for fraud, misrepresentation, illegal use of computers as a complete fucking lunatic. The only thing seperating Bowditch from Barrett and Polevoy, at this moment, is his summons to appear in a California court to defend his portion of Hulda Clark's $10,000,000.00 (US) counter claim. All messages from Verio have come from the same address, so I assume it is a cable or DSL connection. It was kind of Mr O'Neill to lend his computer to someone he doesn't know. As a matter of fact, I am on the calendar to give a presentation to the Western Sydney chapter of the ACS in 2002, talking about how being on the net exposes you to stalking and harassment by evil people and lunatics. I will just have to say it again. "Anonymous.to" is not "anonymizer.com". The former is a free email service; the latter is an anonymising service. The former passes on the IP address of the writer's machine or web proxy; the latter does not. I have an "anonymous.to" email address, and when I send messages to me from there they say that they come from the HTTP proxy at Telstra Bigpond. "Robert Halliwell" and "Quack Buster" both connect to the internet through the same ISPs. Both have connected through Verio (using the IP address 168.143.112.8), both have also connected using one of Sympatico's set of addresses.

I hoped it wasn't someone playing a cruel April Fool's joke when I saw this news in the Ottawa Citizen on April 1.
Yes, folks, the beloved William P O'Neill of the Canadian Cancer Research Group and its descendants has gone to the great cesspit in the sky, taking the Gutless Anonymous Liar with him. Sadly, he died quickly and not of cancer. I posted a message to his memorial guest book, but unfortunately some technical glitch prevented it from being published.
I will maintain my own memorial to him here by archiving his correspondence with me and also the wonderful messages he sent wearing his Gutless Anonymous Liar mask. It would be a tragedy for this valuable collection of literature to disappear.
